We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team at Emdad Al Khebrat.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, including experience in managing IT infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and implementing IT service management processes.

The role also requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and data centers
  2. Monitoring and maintaining system performance, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues
  3. Implementing and managing IT service management processes, such as incident management, problem management, and change management, aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  4. Leading and managing the IT operations team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members' performance
  5. Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss
  6. Ensuring security compliance by implementing appropriate policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats
  7. Managing relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
  8. Planning and managing the IT operations budget, optimizing costs, and aligning expenditures with organizational objectives
  9. Overseeing IT-related projects, including system upgrades, installations, and implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  10. Regularly reporting on IT operations performance, highlighting areas for improvement, and ensuring key metrics are met
  11. Collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide support for organizational goals and initiatives
