Job Summary

Requirements

    Deep understanding of nursery operations, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance. Proven expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, cost management, and resource optimization.
  3. Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  4. Core Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficient in the use of nursery management software and systems. Capable of analyzing financial data and managing budgets effectively.
