Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring store readiness and compliance with internal guidelines. This includes monitoring staff readiness, store conditions, and temperature control to ensure effective daily operations.

In this role, you will process prescriptions and dispense medication by reviewing physician orders and providing consultation on dosage, storage, and side effects. You will also educate customers on proper handling of medical equipment and supervise retail store staff through performance management activities.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting and possess a BSc in Pharmacy. They will also have strong computer skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
