About the Role:

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and campaigns, managing events and activations, and analyzing performance data to optimize marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and execute events, activations, and other marketing programs that promote the brand and drive business results.
  • Lead the creation of case studies, videos, and marketing collateral to amplify partnership and co-marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Design, Creative, and external vendors to guide the creative execution of deliverables, ensuring timely content approval in conjunction with the Legal team.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize marketing initiatives and activities, ensuring appropriate investment in successful programs.
  • Ensure alignment with Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams to facilitate seamless and efficient operational execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience developing and executing innovative marketing programs and activations for a brand or product in an agency or marketing organization.
  • Travel required for events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles, showcasing strong business acumen and successful execution of co-branded marketing activities.
  • A proactive marketing professional, comfortable working in dynamic environments and thriving amidst ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams locally and globally and with external partners.
  • Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills to ensure effective communication regardless of group size or seniority level.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and performance measurement.
  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with limited guidance, while also excelling in a team environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong track record in problem-solving.
  • Strong focus on objectives and outcomes to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Experience guiding creative production of marketing collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other materials.
  • Experience in managing and executing events.
  • A passion for Snapchat and belief in the value of creativity
