Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure that all project-related documents, including shop drawings, structural drawings, and reports, are properly controlled and updated.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to contractors and subcontractors as needed to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and project management team members, to ensure that project objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
