  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for IT asset infrastructure that align with organizational goals
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring effective acquisition, deployment, management, and disposal
  • Design and deploy network infrastructure (wired/wireless) for new and existing facilities.
  • Ensure high availability for critical systems.
  • Implement security measures to protect network infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to integrate new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, security, and best practices for multiple vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - industry certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, ACE) a plus
  • Regularly monitor IT asset inventories and performance, investigating opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on IT asset management best practices
