About You

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Experience Designer who is passionate about creating user-centric design experiences and can effectively lead and elevate the digital design of our products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product design or a related field and a proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products. They will also have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications and excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of the digital design vision and strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
  2. Conduct user research and translate user insights into actionable design solutions, informing the development of our digital products.
  3. Maintain a comprehensive design system that promotes design consistency and efficiency, ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards.
  4. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces (UIs) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  6. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
  8. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
