Job Overview

The Sales and Marketing Group at Intel GmbH is responsible for driving the adoption of Intel-based solutions across various industries. As a technical architect, you will work closely with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase Intel's advanced products and technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Influencing customer preference for Intel-based solutions in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Driving the adoption of Intel Data Center Architecture and showcasing its capabilities in multiple workloads.
  • Accelerating revenue growth by promoting Intel-based AI solutions architectures that highlight Intel's advanced products and technologies for Gen AI and Large Language Models.
  • Synthesizing data about customer and partner requirements, addressing them with technical architectures, and demonstrating Intel solution capabilities through design sessions.
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales Account Executives and Industry Technical Specialists to deliver Intel solutions, platform, and portfolio value propositions and providing ongoing technical support on briefings.
  • Working with customers to enable their workload on Intel products, utilizing new features and technology capabilities to maximize customer ROI when deploying on Intel special features.
  • Building and setting up AI environments, workloads, and frameworks using the latest Intel AI technologies and products to deploy AI use cases (Gen AI and LLM). Architecting end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex customer problems using Intel-based products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical sales role within a medium to large organization with a strong track record of selling technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Defining Data Center/Cloud solutions architectures working with ecosystem players to drive value for customers.
  • Using mixed deployment models to maximize infrastructure benefits and combining them with best available PaaS/SaaS in public cloud.
  • Experience in building and deploying AI models that have gone into production, both classical machine learning, deep learning, Gen AI, and large language models.
  • AI inference and training on-prem and in the cloud, on GPU and CPU, AI deployments at scale at the edge and across verticals.
  • Understanding and deployment of microservice-based architecture using open-source and licensed approaches.
  • Experience in data analytics platforms deployments and usage.
  • Proficiency in C/C++/Python/Bash and prior usage or experience with Intel tools like oneAPI, OpenVino, Analytics Zoo is a plus.
