Quality Assurance Strategist in Banking

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Strategist in Banking with a strong background in QA tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in QA and testing, with specific expertise in areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, and GL Accounting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct Performance Testing, Stress Testing, and other non-functional QA activities to assess system behavior under varying conditions.
  • Prepare and maintain Test Execution Reports and Defect Reports. Ensure complete traceability of requirements through the QA process using the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless QA execution and issue resolution.
