We are seeking a Sales Operations coordinator to join our team and provide technical expertise for Sales Operations.
Job DescriptionData & Reporting: Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive sales reports and data visualizations.
- Develop and implement efficient data analysis processes to drive business growth.
Sales Enablement: Manage CRM and sales tools, ensuring the sales team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Implement and manage CRM systems, including configuration and customization.
- Provide sales teams with necessary training and support to maximize tool utilization.
Forecasting & Performance: Track sales performance and align forecasts with targets, driving business growth and profitability.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to align on sales goals and strategies, driving business growth and success.
