Job Description:

  • Provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
  • Prepare detailed documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and capabilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials
  • Experience working in SNF and/or Acute care environments
  • Covid Vaccine may be required in certain locations
