Tharwah, a leading Saudi advisory company with multiple business lines, is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the department manager in preparing audit plans, defining objectives and scope, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and execute audit programs for each assignment.
  • Conduct audits, including tests and evaluations, and validate findings with concerned departments.
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines during task execution.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data, providing documentation and reports.
  • Archive documents and working papers related to each audit task.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from a recognized university is required. At least two years of experience in internal auditing is also necessary. Preferred professional certificates include CME-1B, CIA, GRCP-, and GRCA.
