Position/Job Title: Academic Professional

Riyadh College of Dentistry and Pharmacy desires applicants with a commitment to teaching, learning, and student success. We are seeking a dedicated faculty member who can integrate learning outcomes assessment into course development and teaching, utilize current and emerging technologies to enhance instruction, and incorporate global perspectives in their instruction.

This is a full-time faculty position. Salary is commensurate with rank and credentials.

JOB POSITIONRequired Qualifications
  1. Ph.D. in a field related to cyber security
  2. System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  3. Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
  4. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Preferred Qualifications
  1. College and Graduate level teaching experience
  2. Strong focus on teaching and student success
  3. Experience with curriculum development and assessment
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills
  5. Community college teaching experience
  6. Experience and/or certification in teaching online and/or hybrid courses
  7. Experience using technology and learning management systems to effectively facilitate teaching, learning, assessment, and communication
  8. Experience reviewing assessment data to improve student success
Special Skills:
  1. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for spotting trends in data
  2. The ability to make decisions with confidence and show initiative
  3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  7. Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences
