Key Responsibilities:

  1. Electrical Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment, conducting regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and ensure high-quality service.
  3. Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices related to electrical operations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, operations, and safety teams, to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in rides and attractions.
  5. Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing budgets for electrical maintenance and projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions are considered.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Theme Park Maintenance; Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in theme park maintenance.
  • Skills: Planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance of rides; Effective utilization of manpower and other resources; Read and interpret power & control circuits; Strong knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation systems; Quick diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults; Excellent knowledge of electromechanical systems; Excellent knowledge of regulatory agencies, and related rules and regulations; Excellent oral and written communication skills with computer proficiency; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
