Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to fill the role of Education Leadership Specialist at Egypt Education Platform (EEP). The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders to enhance education systems and improve student outcomes.

The Education Leadership Specialist will have a strong background in education policy, research, and practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in complex educational settings. They will be able to demonstrate expertise in areas such as curriculum design, assessment, and teacher professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex educational systems.

The Education Leadership Specialist will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement education initiatives and policies that align with the school's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Guidance & Support: Provide expert guidance and support to educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders to enhance education systems and improve student outcomes.
  • Education Policy & Research: Conduct research and analysis on education policy issues, providing evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Curriculum Design & Implementation: Develop and implement curriculum, assessment, and reporting strategies that meet the needs of students and stakeholders.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing educators.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A degree in education, with a certified teaching qualification (e.g., US Teaching License or equivalent).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience including within international settings. Previous experience of teaching an international curriculum (e.g. American/IB/British) is a significant advantage.
