Dalma Tech2 Job OverviewDalma Tech2 is seeking an experienced Project Manager C4I Systems Specialist to lead the implementation of large technical security projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a plan to manage complex C4I systems, ensuring they meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive project management plan, incorporating industry best practices and PMI methodology.
- Implement a streamlined project management process, enhancing tools and skill levels as needed.
- Control project progress using Work Breakdown Structure, Earned Value Management, and Project Control Methods.
- Present plans to senior management for approval and proceed with implementation.
- Act as Project Manager, overseeing a team of resources in implementing approved plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent.
- 15 years of experience as Project Manager/Program Manager in deploying C4I Systems, Security Operations Centers, Telecom Networks, and major IT systems/applications.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
