Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our games. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of games, making data-driven decisions to optimize player satisfaction and retention.

About the Role:
  • Drive the vision, development, and execution of product strategies that enhance player engagement and enrich gaming experience.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative gaming experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of app features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and specifications.
  4. Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the full product/game lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams to launch core features within existing and new games.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, market trends, and user feedback to refine product strategies.
  6. Data Analysis: Provide inputs based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
  7. User Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, needs, desires, and use it to improve the game.
  8. Innovation: Innovate and lead the industry, ensuring we stay ahead of competitors in product features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the Gaming sector.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on launching consumer-facing innovative digital products and services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills and ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity.
  • Passion for games and creating fun.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior supporting product delivery from concept to implementation.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
