Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Planning and execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and Implement project controls strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Manage Project Risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and Present regular project status reports to management and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management or a relevant role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and controls techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
