We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist Electrical to join our team at NUCORP. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in leading BIM on major projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit MEP and its applications.
  • Create 3D BIM Models for all electrical disciplines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the model, including architectural, structural, and mechanical elements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
  • Routine clash detection, producing reports, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Creation/modification of Revit families for design purposes, embedding required data accurately.
  • Development of Revit materials for design, ensuring accurate material take-offs and cost data.
  • Experience with various project types, including hotels, offices, residential buildings, shopping malls, etc.
  • Possessing excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
