The Business Process Manager at Thrive IT Systems is responsible for developing and implementing process improvements across various functional areas of the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical skills in business process modeling, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation and Modeling: Develop accurate representations of current processes using standardized Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0) and create end-to-end process maps that clearly illustrate process flows, decision points, and handoffs.
- Process Analysis and Discovery: Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with process owners and subject matter experts to gather process requirements through observation and documentation reviews.
- Process Repository Management: Maintain process documentation in the organization's process repository, ensure version control, and properly document process changes.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field, and 3+ years of experience in business process modeling or analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0), experience with industry-standard process mapping and BPM tools, and understanding of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
