About the Job

We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Flow. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will work closely with our Marketing Director to manage photo and video shoots, support online activities, and cover events both internally and externally.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong creative and aesthetic eye, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the local market's social media landscape. You will also need to be able to work independently, have a strategic mindset, and meet business requirements and deliverables as expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce engaging visual content.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and content creator relationships.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities to foster relationships and build brand loyalty.
