We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Marriott International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.

• Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Use sales techniques to promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2-years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
