Main Duties- Analyze clinical practices in assigned regions and propose solutions aligned with international guidelines to address customer needs and fill existing gaps.
- Lead market awareness campaigns on key topics such as needlestick injury prevention, quality sampling, and best practices in venipuncture.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve short- and long-term objectives, ensuring customer retention and the acquisition of strategic accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related discipline)/ Bachelor of Science Degree is an asset.
- Proven experience in application support, technical training, or a similar role in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven strength in strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical troubleshooting.
