Your primary responsibilities will include testing, troubleshooting, communicating with local AV teams and event organizers, and post-production delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professional Communication: Provide professional, discrete, and service-minded communication with customers, teams, and business partners through various modes: telephone, email, instant message, text, or in-person.
  • Task Management: Accomplish tasks, maintain calendaring, and manage emails on a daily basis.
  • Production Quality: Elevate the level of production and design applied to daily livestreams/recordings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Events Production and other internal teams to deliver complex setups.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, establish new processes, and improve team and client experiences.

Pre-Event

  • Local Coordination: Reach out and touch base with local building AV and event point of contact.
  • Setup Configuration: Implement the setup and configuration of audio, lighting, video production, presentation systems, and staging equipment.
  • Remote Connection: Connect and test remote locations with local systems.

Event Execution

  • Timely Launch: Launch timely events for livestreams and recordings.
  • Executive Decision-Making: Make executive decisions on audio and video production levels in various event situations.
  • System Optimization: Optimize systems for best quality attainable.
  • Dynamic Scheduling: Dynamically adjust work schedule to business needs.

Post-Event

  • Organizer Follow-Up: Touch base with organizer post-event.
  • Recording Delivery: Provide editing and delivery of recordings to organizers.
  • Metrics Upload: Upload metrics for each event.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough troubleshooting and testing as needed or directed by engineering team, reporting back with detailed reports.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve Audio, Lighting, Video Production, or Presentation system issues, reporting detailed findings to the engineering team.
  • Process Enhancement: Analyze existing processes, establish new processes, and improve team and client experiences.
