Digital Marketing Strategist Role

This role involves supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. The specialist will collaborate with teams such as e-commerce, CRM, and social media to ensure a cohesive brand presence, boost customer engagement, and increase conversions online.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Support:
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
    • Assist in launching 360° campaigns connecting online experiences, including email, paid media, social, PR, and events.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Coordinate seasonal campaigns across channels, maintaining message and creative consistency.
    • Localize and adapt global campaigns for regional execution in collaboration with creative teams.
    • Work with digital teams on performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Support CRM efforts by developing targeted email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  3. Retail and E-commerce Integration:
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience across online platforms.
    • Support retail marketing initiatives like POS activations, in-store events, and visual merchandising.
  4. Analytics and Optimization:
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
    • Optimize campaigns based on data to improve ROI.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with brand, merchandising, and sales teams on product launches and seasonal campaigns.
    • Maintain communication with regional and global marketing teams for alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, social networking, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and local media scene.
  • Experience in marketing within the fashion or sports segments is preferred.
