About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the financial industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and completing bid and performance bond applications for MMC MENA entities. You will also maintain a bond tracker for Business, Finance, and Controllers, working closely with the Dubai team on bond status and applications. Additionally, you will serve as the main liaison between MMC Treasury & Business on bond application processes.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will take a hands-on approach to problem-solving actual and anticipated liquidity shortfalls. You will drive and improve banking relationships in support of MENA bond processes and support robust controls related to bond matters across the Group.

You will establish and maintain relationships with Treasury Management, LCPA, FP&A, Group Finance Control, and other departments. As an agent for change, efficiency, and improvement in the bond process, you will identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions that benefit the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role is based in Riyadh, KSA, and requires frequent updates on bond status and escalation points to the UAE Controller in Dubai.
  • Arabic language skills are essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • You will manage demanding stakeholders who require immediate responses, so excellent time management and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in a centralized corporate or banking treasury function is required.
  • You should have experience working with colleagues across MENA and strong knowledge of KYC and AML protocols to follow with bonds.
