About This Role

This role requires a team player with the ability to work at pace and juggle multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding negotiation and influencing skills, be an effective communicator who can build relationships and engagement with prospective clients and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities
  1. Coach junior staff to help them succeed in their deals.
  2. Perform consultative sales methods to identify or create the need for our products.
  3. Schedule appointments and meetings with existing and new customers.
  4. Provide professional demonstrations and presentations of our products or services.
  5. Compile detailed information about new prospects and clients.
  6. Submit weekly reports on sales activities and competitors' events.
  7. Assist in following up on accounts receivable.
  8. Maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers and customer personnel.
  9. Provide professional in-service training for customer end-users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
  • KSA-based candidates with transferable Iqama.
  • KSA Driving License + car.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English).
