Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, facilitating, developing, and ensuring project planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and schedules all construction projects in accordance with hospital set priorities and manpower resources.
  • Provides periodic status reports on scheduled constructions and recommends courses of action for delayed projects.
  • Reviews projects, develops project methods and procedures, gathers, analyses, and interprets data relating to local planning action referrals, general plans, specific plans, and development proposals.
  • Conducts site visits and fields investigations as required.
  • Uses project planning documents and output from the interactive planning process as a basis for developing the project schedule.
  • Obtains input from project team members, contractors, and end users to support the development of a baseline schedule and subsequently updates schedule progress and forecasting.
  • Provides timely analysis and reporting to support the project team.
  • Evaluates schedule alternatives to support project changes.
  • Monitors project's progress to ensure it is following the schedule.

Requirements:

  • Saudi Council of Engineers license is required.
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Projects Management, or other related discipline is required.
  • One (1) year of related experience with Master's, or three (3) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
