We are seeking a highly skilled Pipe Design and Engineering Expert to join our team at National Advanced Consulting Engineering Company.
Job Description:- Develop detailed piping system designs, including plot plans, general arrangement drawings, and section details.
- Create conceptual piping layouts and study piping layouts for oil and gas projects.
- Prepare bid engineering estimates for construction projects.
- Determine the requirements necessary for an accurate and competitive design proposal through site surveys with clients and contractors.
- Create overall plot plans and unit plot plans for pipe installation.
- Design piping general arrangement drawings (piping plans) and piping section details.
- Develop conceptual piping layouts or study piping layouts for process systems.
- Design nozzle orientation drawings, piping demolition drawings, and material take-off documents.
- Generate data sheets for valves and piping specials, as well as piping stress analysis reports.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with piping codes and standards, such as ASME, API, and Saudi Aramco Engg Std.
- Proficiency in software applications like AutoCAD, MicroStation, Microsoft Office, and Navis Works.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, refinery, or petrochemical plant setting.
Candidates with experience in Saudi Aramco Project and knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering standards will be considered.
