  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all licenses and SLAs, including terms, renewal dates, and compliance documentation, ensuring records are accessible for audits and reviews.
  • Documentation and Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including network configuration, HLD, LLD, system architecture, process workflows, license agreement, and SLA details, and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • IT Policy Development and Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Technology Trends: Stay updated on technology trends and cybersecurity trends, adopting innovative solutions to maintain a competitive advantage and secure environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven 10 years+ of experience in managing IT infrastructure and security in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or any related field.
  • Certifications: A master's degree or professional certificates (CISSP, CCNP, PCNSE) are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong experience in managing network infrastructure, servers and systems, IT infrastructure, backup and storage with a security-first approach, experience with cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and modern cybersecurity tools and practices.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge and hands-on skills in cybersecurity technologies and practices, including threats modeling, risk assessment, security audits, and incident response.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply a hands-on approach, promoting a culture of continuous learning and security awareness, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effectively leading technical teams.
