About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to lead our design team in creating innovative and engaging visual experiences. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to our design team, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
2. Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow and develop their skills.
4. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and preferences, ensuring that our designs meet their expectations.
5. Design Development: Develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand's vision and goals, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
6. Communication: Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
7. Project Budgeting: Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role.
3. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across different mediums.
4. Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of current design trends.
5. Language: Fluency in English preferred.
