About the Role:

The Strategic Marketing Business Partner will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, driving marketing success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with their goals and enhance their brand presence.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Manage Marketing Projects: Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Address Client Concerns: Address and resolve any client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing account management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and CRM tools.
  • Experience in managing large-scale marketing projects across various industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
