JASARA PMC is searching for a Senior Risk Management Specialist to join its team. This role is vital in ensuring the successful completion of our infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Risk Management Strategy: Develop and implement risk management strategies across projects.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and impacts.
  • Risk Register: Collaborate with project teams to create and maintain an up-to-date risk register.
  • Risk Awareness: Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote risk awareness among team members.
  • Risk Reporting: Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Monitor and review ongoing risk management processes to ensure compliance.
  • Partnership Alignment: Collaborate with external partners to align on risk management practices.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in risk management.
  3. Proven experience with risk assessment methodologies.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Certifications in risk management are highly desirable.
