Key Responsibilities:- Technical Compliance
- Ensure all designs are in compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, ADA requirements, and other applicable legislation.
- Manage required permits, licenses, or approvals needed for the project to proceed.
- Collaborate with design architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize design plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve design drawings and documents to ensure they meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Lead preparation and coordination of construction documents, including plans, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with the design intent.
- Provide oversight during the construction phase, ensuring the construction team follows the approved design and specifications.
- Review contractor permitting strategy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project permitting and approvals goals are achieved.
