Junior Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at J-Power Systems Saudi Co., Ltd. in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform accounting functions with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company guidelines.
  2. Process daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  3. Conduct IKTVA audits and communicate with auditors.
  4. Prepare and process journal entries, review automatic postings, and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
  5. Compile and explain General Ledger balances at year-end.
  6. Maintain asset information and expertise in computer applications.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
  8. Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
  2. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  4. Proficiency in English (professional level) and Arabic (native level).
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Good attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
  1. Salary: SAR 7,000 to 9,000 per month full package.
  2. Competitive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
