As a key member of our team, you will own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions. This includes intake meetings, sourcing and screenings, as well as offer negotiation.

You will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines. This will involve competitor analysis and market mapping to identify top talent.

To ensure an exceptional candidate experience, you will provide transparent communication, personalized interaction, and timely feedback.

You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Your primary goal will be to continue evaluating and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You will stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.

Additionally, you will act as an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.

You will utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-calibre talent.
