Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at NEOM. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing a team of inspectors and shift supervisors, ensuring the safety and security of our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of inspectors and shift supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professionalism.
  • Security Policy Development: Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular site assessments of security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, such as facilities, human resources, and legal, to address security-related issues or concerns.
  • Security Systems: Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Incident Investigation: Conduct investigations into security incidents, accidents, or breaches, and provide detailed incident reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver security training programs for employees, ensuring awareness and compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Access Control: Manage access control systems and procedures, including the issuance, control, and revocation of access credentials.
  • Emergency Response: Oversee the implementation and testing of emergency response plans and procedures.

Requirements
  • Experience: Relevant years' experience in security or a related field, with a strong background in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices, as well as familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification and any relevant security certifications are advantageous.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluent in English verbal and written, with Arabic language advantageous.
  • Certifications and Training: Additional certifications or training in security, inspections, or related fields are advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience in security management, with previous experience in the Middle East or on a mega-project advantageous.
