We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at AZAD PROPERTIES. As a Senior Specialist in Talent Development, you will play a critical role in enhancing employee capabilities and driving optimal performance and growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development opportunities across the company.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote employee skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to integrate development initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Advise and support managers in cultivating talent development plans for team members.
- Oversee blended learning approaches, incorporating e-learning and classroom-based training.
- Update and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for efficient tracking of employee development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of five years of experience in talent development or a similar HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems and other HR technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
