We are seeking a highly motivated Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all employees, visitors, and property within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assign security personnel to patrol, monitor, and enforce safety protocols across the premises.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures related to security and safety.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and coordinate responses to any suspicious activity or incidents.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in security or safety management, with a proven track record in supervision and emergency response.
  • Practical experience in security and safety operations within a similar industry.
  • Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar certifications are required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and manage risk, make quick decisions, and manage crisis situations.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on security needs.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods, perform physical tasks, and remain alert at all times.
