Job Title: Water Mitigation Crew Chief

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Water Mitigation Crew Chief to join our team at SERVPRO Team Fosdick. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Water Mitigation Technicians and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality work.

**Responsibilities:**

* Respond to service calls from residential and commercial customers, performing services as assigned and following SERVPRO production guidelines.
* Lead a team of Water Mitigation Technicians, communicating with project managers to ensure all customer needs are met.
* Support project managers and other production personnel as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Document accurate job files in Drybook and Contents Tracker.
* Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order.
* Ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate customer satisfaction of services.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma/GED.
* Dedicated to world-class customer service.
* Effective oral communication.
* Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
* IICRC certifications preferred.
* Clean driving record.

**Physical and Work Environment Requirements:**

* Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
* Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable.
* Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.
* Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
* Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.
