As a Consultant Paediatric Anaesthesia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthesia care to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide anaesthesia services to children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including operating rooms, intensive care units, and emergency departments.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
* Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of paediatric anaesthesia.

Requirements:

* 3 years of Consultant experience in a Western hospital
* 3 years post-specialist qualification experience from the following countries: UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, or other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.

It has a highly equipped Cardiac Centre, highly specialised transplant, and hepatobiliary services. The Emergency Care Centre at this hospital is ranked as the 4th Emergency Care Centre outside the United States of America, to provide (PHTLS) Pre-Hospital Trauma and Life Support programme.

We also have a specialised children's hospital, a 600-bed hospital which commenced operations with the opening of the Paediatric Emergency Department and the transfer of 90 patients inclusive of 11 Intensive care critical patients on 19th and 20th April 2015.
