Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert Lead to contribute to our cybersecurity posture by providing technical expertise and support to protect our assets from cyber threats.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Policy Development: Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard our assets.
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Security Controls and Systems Implementation: Implement and maintain security controls and systems to prevent cyber threats.
  • Incident Response: Respond to security incidents in accordance with established procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Security Awareness Training: Conduct security awareness training and education for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity.
  • Threat Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze security threats and trends to stay ahead of potential cyber threats.
  • SOC Managed Service Management: Manage the SOC managed service (third party) on incident and reporting to ensure timely responses.
  • Cybersecurity Risk Management: Support the evaluation and management of cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Security Audits and Assessments: Assist in conducting security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Expertise and Support: Provide technical expertise and support for cybersecurity initiatives to ensure their successful implementation.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Legal or equivalent is required. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on the esports or gaming industry, is highly desirable.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and tools is essential.
  3. Cybersecurity Regulations: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian cybersecurity regulations framework (CRF) is necessary.
  4. Communication and Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  6. Linguistic Skills: Very good written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
