We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities and equipment.

About the Job:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, prioritizing task completion and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead repair and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, focusing on skill development and safety awareness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance schedules with business needs.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, leveraging forecasting and cost-control techniques.
  • Record and report maintenance activities, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and relevant safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
