About the Role

We are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on commercial agreements and provide practical counsel to our Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to relevant legislative changes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize legal support.
  • Engaging with external counsel as necessary to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Other legal work as assigned by the Head of Legal.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a recognized institution and membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
  • A minimum of five years of legal experience, with three years in commercial legal roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
