Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design of neighborhoods in our THE LINE project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of neighborhood master plans and architectural designs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and management, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing international design consultants. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Design Management Coordination: Oversee the design process, ensuring that project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Project Leadership: Lead a team of designers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the design process, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Sustainability and Quality: Ensure that all designs meet sustainability and quality standards, aligning with our company's values and policies.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Arch or B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognized university, with postgraduate studies in Architecture or Urban Design.
- Experience: 15+ years of post-undergraduate outstanding architectural design and management experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Skills: Excellent conceptual and design skills, with emphasis on aesthetics; fluent in writing and speaking English; excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
