• Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring seamless technology integration throughout all hotel operations.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, including property management systems, guest Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and back-office systems.
• Implement robust security measures to protect networks and data from cyber threats, including firewalls, encryption, and regular audits.
• Build and manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely support for software, hardware, and network services.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
• Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to support the hotel's technology requirements.
