Social Media Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our clients' objectives.

About the Job
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency. They will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content for junior team members, and suggesting innovative features to enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media strategy to align with client objectives.
  2. Create engaging content for junior team members.
  3. Maintain brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
  4. Suggest and implement innovative features to enhance brand awareness, including promotions and competitions.
  5. Monitor comments and community interactions, ensuring relevant departments are informed and assisting in queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:
This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong technical skills to effectively manage our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, a passion for creating engaging content, and excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills:
The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail is essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite or HubSpot is highly desirable.
