Key Responsibilities
  1. Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top candidates to ensure seamless integration into our team.
  2. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and deliver tailored recruiting solutions that meet our evolving needs.
  3. Candidate Engagement: Establish relationships with candidates through various channels, including social networking, industry relationships, and internal referrals.
  4. Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on current market trends and their impact on talent acquisition, ensuring we remain competitive and ahead of the curve.
  5. Pipeline Development: Proactively generate a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs.
  6. Special Projects: Partner with the HR team on special projects to build and sustain strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and meet our goals.
  7. Local Expertise: Work in Saudi Arabia, requiring a strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to talent and HR.
Requirements
  1. Strong Initiative: Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  2. Talent Acquisition Expertise: A network of candidates and connections, with a proven track record of developing partnerships with stakeholders.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
  4. Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
  5. Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Office, ATS, and sourcing tools and techniques.
