Job Title: Gastroenterology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Specialist to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading the gastroenterology team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality gastroenterology care: You will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with digestive system disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various conditions.
  2. Consultative services: You will provide consultative services to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders as requested.
  3. Team leadership: You will lead the gastroenterology team, supervising fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  4. Training and education: You will actively participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in your area of expertise and contribute to research activities.
  5. Administrative functions: You will participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed, ensuring the effective management of the gastroenterology department.
  6. Special procedures: You will perform special procedures as privileged, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  7. Professional development: You will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in gastroenterology, attending conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Education: You must be a graduate from a medical school of good standing and have completed the required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty.
  2. Certification: You must hold Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent, as well as membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent.
  3. Professional experience: You must have a minimum of 3-4 years of post-board/fellowship experience in specialty and be a registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
  4. Language proficiency: You must be proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Arabic being beneficial.
