At Bounty Hunter World, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer advice and consultation to department staff to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards, and practices.
  • Identify and Evaluate Hazards: Conduct surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety, and environmental conditions, and perform on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.
  • Develop and Implement Controls: Develop controls for identified hazards, coordinate the implementation of controls, and measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system.
  • Prepare Safety Orientations and Training: Prepare safety orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures, and conduct specialized safety and environmental training programs.
  • Participate in Committee Meetings: Participate in Safe Operations Committee meetings and review and analyze injury, property damage, and statistical loss data.

Requirements:

  • Education: BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to lead and direct teams and/or committees.
